We do our best to accurately represent every product through descriptions and photos. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and natural variations in materials. Product availability and pricing may change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm you're at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian).
All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Returns & Refunds

When you post a review, you grant us permission to use your review (and any photos you include) in our marketing materials. You agree not to post fake, defamatory, or abusive reviews.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Betty Pet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
