Shipping & Delivery

Everything you need to know about how your Betty Pet order gets to your door.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states (including Hawaii and Alaska).

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping (5-10 business days): $8.99 flat rate
Free Standard Shipping: On all US orders over $50

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5-10 business days. Delivery time may vary slightly based on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking number via email within 1-2 business days of placing your order. You can also check the status of your order any time by replying to your confirmation email.

Lost or Stuck Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days or your package was marked delivered but you can't find it, email hello@bettypet.store with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to track it down — and if it's truly lost, we'll send a free replacement.

International Shipping

We don't currently ship outside the US — but we're working on it! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error within 12 hours of placing your order, email us immediately at hello@bettypet.store and we'll try to fix it before it ships. After that point, we may not be able to redirect the package.
